Having worked for a corporate skin cancer clinic for 5 years Dr Helena Rosengren made the decision to ‘go it alone’, opening a fledgling skin cancer clinic in 2009 so that she could create a service that addressed the gaps in the wider community.

Today the Skin Repair Skin Cancer Clinic has grown to become Townsville’s largest and busiest skin cancer clinic providing a niche service for the wider community. The clinic boasts a wonderful team of caring professional staff including 4 highly trained Skin Cancer College accredited doctors.

We are proud to be involved in skin cancer prevention community projects and research work. Doctors all over Australia benefit from Dr Rosengren’s knowledge and expertise through the workshops she teaches at for the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
